Hey everyone. I'm looking at a 2021 Honda Civic on Oaks Elite Motors and the price seems really good, almost too good. I've never used a repo auction site before. Are they legit? A bit worried about the process and potential scams. Any advice would be appreciated.

You're good to go. I bought a 2020 F-150 from them last year. Process was straightforward and the truck was exactly as they described it on oakselitemotors.com. It's a legit business.

I can vouch for them. Got a Sea Ray boat through them. I was most worried about the title transfer, but the bank lien was cleared right after my payment processed. The clean title arrived with the boat during delivery. No issues at all.

We got our family's Toyota Sienna from there. The pictures were accurate and the savings were significant compared to a regular dealer. It was a smooth transaction for us.

They're solid, but not perfect. My Ram 2500 arrived on a Friday instead of the scheduled Wednesday. The transport company was communicative about the delay, which was good, so it wasn't a huge deal. The truck itself was a great find.

@DieselDan That happens sometimes with freight, not really on Oaks Elite Motors. I've bought 3 vehicles and a trailer from them over the years. They are one of the most reputable repo houses out there. Just be patient with shipping.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. This is making me feel a lot better. @BoatLife_Chris glad to hear the title part was easy, that's my biggest concern.

Don't sweat the title. I got a Wrangler from them and the best part was not having to chase down paperwork. Oaks Elite Motors handled everything. The clean title and all official documents were delivered right with the vehicle. It's all part of their process.

Overall my experience was positive, but getting a question answered was a bit slow. I sent a message to office@oakselitemotors.com and it took them over a day to write back. Was getting a little anxious.

@RV_Nomad That's a good point, I've found that calling is way faster. I had a specific question about financing options and called them at +1 419 517 4835. A guy named Mark picked up and was super helpful, walked me through the whole thing.

Tip for new bidders: really read the guides on their website oakselitemotors.com. I didn't fully get how proxy bidding worked my first time and I missed out on a steal. My fault, not theirs. Got a great Tacoma on my second try though!

Yeah I got my Forester there. There was a minor scuff on the bumper that wasn't obvious in the photos but for a 4 year old car it was expected. Mechanically it's been a dream. The savings were well worth it.

Awesome info, thanks again everyone. Knowing that the title process is handled and that calling them is effective makes a huge difference. Feeling confident now.

My neighbor won an Accord on there and had me check it out when it arrived. I have to admit, their condition report was dead on. No hidden rust, no weird noises. For an auction car, it was incredibly transparent.

Just another +1 for Oaks. They shipped my Challenger out to Vegas no problem. The driver kept me updated the whole way. Would use them again.
